It’s important to us that our customers feel fully informed and confident when working with us. That’s why we’ve made an extensive list of past customers’ questions along with answers from our experienced team. How do I book an appointment?

All appointments can be made by:


* Calling the studio on 07718 362 700

* Using our book now link on our website which will link you to our Fresha app

* Message one of the team via our Facebook or Instagram page with your full name & treatment required and preferred date and we will be able to assist you.

We use Fresha as our online booking system where you can make, cancel and check your appointments.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

If you are a new client coming to the salon we recommend you aim to come 5 minutes prior to your treatment as you will be asked to fill out a client record card.

Unfortunately if you are late for your appointment your treatment may need to be cut short and you will still be charged for the full treatment, we recommend arriving on time to avoid disappointment.

Please try and contact the salon to let us know if you are running late, a quick text if you cannot call. 

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Due to a number of recently missed appointments we have felt the need to introduce this policy. Full details can be found on our Fresha App. 
We thank you for your cooperation and continued support in allowing us to be able to do what we love.

What preparation do I need before my appointment?

LIP FILLERS

One Week Prior to Lip Injections

  • Avoid blood thinning over-the-counter medications such as aspirin, Motrin, ibuprofen, and Aleve.


  • Avoid supplements, including St. John’s Wort, Gingko biloba, primrose oil, garlic, ginseng, and Vitamin E.


2 Days Prior to Injections

  • Avoid topical products such as Tretinoin (Retin-A), Retinol, Retinoids, Glycolic Acid, or any “anti-aging” products.


  • Avoid waxing, bleaching, tweezing, or using hair removal cream on the area to be treated.


24 Hours Prior to Injections

  • Do not drink alcoholic beverages 24 hours prior.


  • Do not take ibuprofen as this can cause the product to migrate.


KBW LASH LIFT

Patch Test to be completed atleast 48 hours prior to treatment. 

Refrain from wearing mascara for 24 hours prior to your appointment. 

Do not arrive to your appointment wearing make up, as this will require to be removed and time over your appointment slot may be charged.
